In a post-modern age the Church must consider the latest scientific, sociological, and theological insights in its biblical witness and hermeneutic, recognizing that even in the Bible there have been changes and developments, over time and in regard to culture and new insights, in ideologies and once held beliefs; so that nothing is ever written in stone, closed in the pages of an ancient document, and unchanging for all time butt the Word of God is dynamic, active, living, and relevant.
