The advancement in economic development, in industrial sector has helped us to achieve greater dependence in pre and post globalised world. In order to understand the internal dynamics of Indian Industrial sector, how it is performed during this period can be understood by the findings born out of a research which has been provided in this book. The introduction of technology as an obligatory means enforced within the sector with various degrees of implementation based on High, Medium, Medium Low and Lower usage. On the one hand the analysis and result has provided greater insights within and across India to foresee the implications with the optimal use of technology by minimizing the use of human resources and on the other it has also to do with the realization which is based on the principles of human development in all its manifestation. Policy makers need to provide a balance between industrial productivity and the importance of human intervention. Through the Make in India policy, it should not only provide an ecosystem where things are made in our country but also need to provide an unbiased opportunity to those who will be part of this Make in India initiative.
