The Story of My Life is the autobiography of Helen Keller and describes the struggles she had to go through to establish herself, with her impairment of hearing and seeing in the competitive world. It is a miracle for somebody with a double impairment to enter into the world of academics and become a writer, apart from being a social activist. This book largely talks about Anne Sullivan, the guiding light in her life, who in a way brought her out from her isolation to make her what she became. This book is dedicated to Alexander Graham Bell.
