Gossnur the Christen Priest started to study about the custom, culture and religion of all tribes to aid the British Government. A British Bureaucrat also joined the mission. In between only one Indian author S. C. Roy, who was advocate by profession was also co-operated by them. The present book is a very critical comparative study and presents situation with rare data about the 32 types of tribes according to scheduled list of Jharkhand State. It is a useful book for scholars, N. G. Os, state and Union Government offices to solve the socio-economic problems of the country.
