This book is our sincere and honest efforts and attempt on our part focusing on this subject on lucid manner. The object of this book is to state and explain the leading and principles of the branch of Law known as Business and Industrial Law. We have attempted to present the subject as briefly and concisely as possible. Section numbers of the relevant statues have been mentioned- so that students may find it convenient to refer to them.
