Economic Reforms in India S. Nehru

The impact of Twenty Years of Economic Reforms has shown a mixed response. Some sectors of the economy, particularly service sector and a very few sections of the society, have benefited out of it. But the majority of the populations, those who depend on agriculture as their way of life, have been adversely affected. At this juncture, the achievements and challenges of Twenty Years of Economic Reforms need to be analyzed threadbare with a focus on the New Economic Policy and the WTO's policies.
