The Covid19 pandemic has made a great paradigm shift in our Philippine educational system. Though the Department of Education is pursuing its vision to provide quality instruction among Filipino learners, we cannot deny the fact that there are still multitudes of challenges to surpass. Unless we go back to the Old Normal, we have to uphold pedagogical flexibility, creativity, and innovativeness. This book MIND, HEART, HAND: Scaffolding of Teaching in the New Normal is an anthology of teaching experiences of seventeen (17) Ilocano educators that creatively present the effective strategies they had to overcome the teaching difficulties they encountered during the new normal. Using the MIND-HEART-HAND framework, the authors aim to inspire educators to keep their burning passion to provide quality education even in these trying times. With these inspiring testimonies, we believe that educators will continually work beyond expectations. We envision them to believe that no virus or pandemic could ever hinder them to attain greatness and that no adversities could ever defeat a Filipino educator's creativity, versatility, and passion.
