I read here or elsewhere that often people know why they made the choice to train and become a sophrologist, I did not really know. I know that I was interested little by little in my own development and in trying to understand myself better. One thing leading to another, I know today that sophrology brings me a lot in order to share "keys" among others with other people and especially to apply them to myself... I became a sophrologist after a solid training done between 2014 and 2016 at the ESLR of La Rochelle (theoretical courses, many practical sessions, animation of sessions and thesis). I like "the simplicity of execution" of sophrology which is confronted with the harsh reality of our society and our brain: 60,000 thoughts per day of which 75% are negative and 95% are the same every day. I like to transmit tools, techniques but by explaining that it is well with the person to make them in meeting and by practising apart also. Everyone is responsible for himself. Without practice, there is no salvation!
