In the book, the author examines the available innovative potential in modern production complexes that produce sunflower oil. The real possibility of using the equipment of production lines for the integration of production modules for the homogenization of sunflower oil is considered, convincing information is provided on the optimization of the hydrodynamic parameters of sunflower oil flows with the integration and adaptation of homogenization processes with pipeline valves of existing lines. The argumentation of reducing the cost of such a modification is considered. A parallel possibility is considered on the same modified equipment, if necessary, to produce fat emulsions with a simultaneous homogenization process. The possibilities for using the methods of electromagnetic resonance spectroscopy for various aspects of both production control and control of manufactured products are considered.
