Love Breakup Process in a 23 Year Old Luis Ignacio Palacios Suarez

This research shows the case study of a 23 year old young man in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, who had suffered a love breakup in the span of 1 year. This research is qualitative and the semi-structured interview was used as a research method to achieve the objectives. The main objective of the research was to describe the process of love breakup of a 23 year old male. As a result of the investigation and from the analysis of the discourses of the subject, the following three main ones were found: First, the category of autonomy was observed, which was novel, since in the diverse investigations autonomy is not taken into account as a very influential factor within the love breakup, but in this case it had much weight as a motivation for the breakup with the couple, considering that it harassed him, shortening his freedom.
