It is our will to dedicate this book to eminent professors of Labor Education in Cuba who for a long time led this subject to become a career in a short time and which is studied today in universities all over the country. The work also offers an alternative way for this subject to be systematized and introduced in the training of teachers and professors from the creation of new interdisciplinary groups in the career and the approach of integrating practical tasks of construction, it also presents its dynamics from conceiving the levels of assimilation. It is expected that the opening of this work contributes to the elevation of the theoretical and practical level of teachers for the introduction and systematization of this skill invariant in the constructive process of articles in the career of Labor Education in universities.
