In 2021, the People's Republic of China launched the 14th Five-Year Economic and Social Development Plan to 2025, which will take new steps in reform policy and build a new architectonics of mutually beneficial international cooperation to comprehensively enhance the country's opening up to the outside world, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, promote innovation and trade development, promote high-quality development of One Belt Joint Construction Project The Chinese side is aimed at creating new advantages in international cooperation. Openness to the outside world is the main state policy of the country. As for Belarus, we are confident that the two countries should continue to use the advantages of their economies, which complement each other to a great extent, to develop the existing potential for cooperation, including within the framework of the One Belt, One Road project and the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone, as well as expand cooperation between the regions of the two countries. How are these plans implemented in practice? The answer is in the proposed study.
