People who acted because of their whims and desires for power and who seek to realize their personal and collective aspirations through various organizations can never be called political criminals. But people who stand for the idealism and reformism of their time and even sacrifice their lives and property in the name of their national and reformist ideals can be called political criminals, although this name does not deserve them.
