The work analyzes the perception of teachers, on didactic training with the inclusion of ICT, to raise the quality of teaching practice. The research is descriptive, transversal, non-experimental with a quantitative approach, for data collection a questionnaire of 28 items with closed and open questions and likert scale was used, the scope of study was the Academic Unit of Tourism of the Autonomous University of Nayarit; the variables to be studied were: characterization of teachers, teaching strategies, teacher training and computer skills. The sample size was 100% of the population. The total number of individuals surveyed was 74. Some of the results indicate that teachers need ongoing training of pedagogical nature, which facilitates constant improvements in individual and collective practices of teachers, all this in order to stimulate innovation, critical thinking, reflection, creativity in terms of meeting the learning needs that demand the teaching practice, in terms of attitudes of teachers towards the use of ICT.
