For centuries, in general, half of the population, women, have been ignored in culture, although their action, largely hidden, has been unquestionable and very fruitful, as promoters, to a great extent, of life and harmony, in a history of power conflicts. This "feminine genius", behind feminism, must be affirmed - not denied - and strengthened, making it visible and permeating the whole of society, especially the University, the cradle of civilization, and without neglecting the family, which is the basic cell. The harmonizing genius, typically feminine, must be a source of harmony, not discord, and therefore, it must enhance complementarity with the masculine genius, the other half of the population, which cannot be ignored.
