This monograph is devoted to the problem of the legal regime of civil rights objects on the Internet. It analyzes the relationship of law and the Internet, the theoretical and practical significance of objects of civil rights, specify objects of civil rights in the Internet, their legal regime (site, advertising, information, copyright and related rights, domain, IP-address, server, services, etc.), the possibilities of the Creative Commons license (Creative Commons), as a means of using objects of copyright and related rights in the Republic of Tajikistan. Scientific conclusions and proposals on improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the studied sphere are formulated.
