Entrepreneurship is one of the priority spheres of personal self-realization in modern society. In this paper for the first time summarized the theoretical views on the nature of entrepreneurial career development; highlighted and described the specificity of career orientations of future and current entrepreneurs; substantiated and empirically confirmed the position that as a personal determinants career orientations entrepreneurs act their values, responsibility and locus of control; identified and described the personal types of future and current entrepreneurs.
