In this book called "Theoretical Model of Motivational Strategies to Improve Interpersonal Relationships in Teachers", a theoretical proposal is presented. The general objective was to improve interpersonal relationships in teachers, through motivational strategies in order to enhance their capacity for socialization and coexistence. The specific objectives were, to know the essence of interpersonal relationships and to discover the individual capacities to establish them, to increase and reinforce qualities of socialization and coexistence, and other abilities and concepts applicable to the development of interpersonal relationships and to propose the application of knowledge and abilities related to interpersonal relationships to achieve a solid team.
