The purpose of this book is to study the current law applicable to local authorities in the Republic of Congo. This book is based on the texts of the reform which has been in force since 2003 and tends to answer the many questions that could be asked by local authorities, local elected officials, researchers, students at the Bachelor 3 level and especially at the Master 1 and 2 level of law and political science who are following a training course on local government law.
