Women are integral part of the society and achieving gender quality is one of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Women to succeed in life and to unleash their economic potential they need to get the fair access to certain skills and resources to compete in markets. If they are economically authorized, they have both the ability to succeed and advance economically and the power to make and act on economic decisions. As part of the development, the governments are aiming to enhance economic opportunities through entrepreneurship by way of increasing chances, strengthen the community's livelihood base. SHG's (Self Help groups) women are the community platforms from which women are encouraged to become socially active especially with regard to issues affecting their daily life. This book is an understanding of how the micro-credit interventions enhanced the decision-making capability of SHG women at the household level. Further, it is suggested that the journey of creating businesses should start with proper enterprise education. Rural & Urban women to be moulded for becoming self-earners through community mobilization and skill enhancement for achieving economic enhancement.
