State budget in Mali Habib Sanogo

The project consists of an in-depth analysis of the process of drawing up and implementing the state budget in Mali, with support from the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In the first part we will discuss the process of elaboration of the state budget divided into sub-chapters. Secondly, we will elucidate the execution of this State budget which is summarized in revenue and expenditure with an analysis of the process. Finally a conclusion will be drawn based on the complete analysis.
