During this moment of restriction of individual and collective freedoms, we were, in one way or another, witnesses or perpetrators of one or more facts in our cities, regions or countries, which facts deserve to be told and immortalized. With this in mind, the Author tells us here what he did in the city of Kisangani, Province of Tshopo, in DR Congo, during this time of health crisis. In one of the pages, he writes: "...
