This monograph is devoted to the issues of tolerant communication in the modern communicative space. The author proposes to introduce the concept of tolerant communicative personality into a number of personal phenomena. The paper offers the analysis of the genesis of the concept of tolerant speech communication in the linguistic-ethnocultural aspect; the analysis of the modern sociocultural and ethnic situation in one of the Russian regions and identifies the main factors that promote or hinder tolerant speech interaction; the definition of the communicative field of speech interaction, the features of communicative space (on the example of one of the Russian regions) are studied. The author discusses some peculiarities of the tolerant and intolerant discourse. This work is intended for a wide range of specialists interested in the problems of speech communication, cognitive linguistics and linguoculturology.
