This research raises the issue of the right of citizens to keep and bear guns. More than two hundred thousand people die by private guns every year across the world, either by homicide or suicide. Amnesty International talks about a humanitarian emergency, putting the life of seven billion of people in danger, threatening global security and peace. It has also become an obstacle for the socioeconomic development of the countries, preventing investment, tourism, and even infrastructure development in the areas strongly affected by this phenomenon, due to the insecurity, which is increasing unemployment rate and has become the cause of several social phenomenon's that the world is facing today.
