A proper coordination between contractors, clients, and the labor workforce is needed for safe work conditions which are lacking in Kirinyaga construction companies. The importance of this study was to provide greater insight into a broader way the cause of accidents, institute preventive measures that can be undertaken to avoid injuries in construction projects, and help in the development of a safer work environment for all construction operations of Kirinyaga-Central, Kirinyaga County.
