The first article is a research on the impact of the Reception, Nursing and Obstetric Care Project on the functioning of the Mali Hospital. Within the framework of the development of the Mali Hospital Establishment Project (BAH, 2019), the Reception, Nursing and Obstetric Care Project occupies a prominent place. It responds to the major challenges in terms of reception, nursing and obstetrical care. The reception, nursing and obstetrical care project is the prerogative of the medical and technical corps (medical assistants, senior technicians and health technicians). These challenges correspond to the missions assigned to the Commission of Nursing and Obstetrical Care (CSIO) in the framework of professional practice, the rights of patients and the organization of the Hospital of Mali. The second article is a research on the implementation of the Management Project at the Mali Hospital. Within the framework of the development of the Mali Hospital Establishment Project (BAH, 2019), the management and support project occupies a very important place and the administrative and management body is the foundation of this project.
