The inheritance institute is the central institute of the civil law of any p?legal system. In addition to contractual, delicate relations (arising from the creation of a vicarious interest), hereditary relations constituted the basis of civil law as early as the Roman era. The act of working: inheritance relations is one of the areas of social relations that, at least once in a lifetime, affects almost everyone. The right to inherit is established by the Basic Law of our country (Clause 4 Article 35 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation), which already speaks of the importance and significance of this institution in a State governed by the rule of law.
