The Interactive Processes Necessary for the Quality of Online Education of the Ufc-Uab at the Jaguaribe Hub Benedito de Souza Lima

Due to the advancement of distance education, a large audience of students has been joining this modality, not only for access, but also for the flexibility of time and work; since not only young people join the modality, but also many workers returned to search for the completion or continuation of the academic journey. The demand for this type of study raises a concern: to know if the interaction between this public contributes to the quality of teaching and learning. The investigation about the interactive processes is aimed at investigating the students, the type of interaction and technical/pedagogical support for the quality of DL in Brazil, briefly in the region mentioned in the research.
