The main intention is to address the epistemological sense of the topic that arises from the question "What is the impact on the implementation, management and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mexico?" since trying to answer the previous question requires complementary tools, methodology and procedures that are not included in this academic work. It is important to delve into the greatest number and relevance of aspects that influence the phenomenon under study and that can allow us to define the effects, influence and impact that the object of study has had on Mexican MSMEs. Reflecting deeply on the subject that concerns us can lead us to establish methodologies, guidelines and procedures that allow the object of study to improve its management and productivity through the most valuable capital that Mexican MSMEs have: the human resource.
