The topic of Leadership is and will always be a space for discussion because to be a true leader this must meet a myriad of characteristics and society itself is who has its own judgment and place it in a position of enviable hierarchical level or place it in the most dastardly or despicable place that could exist. The good leader must have principles, values, integrity, respectable, common sense, cultured and intelligent but above all with the primary characteristic of being a great human being developing a great empathy in all his followers and become a person of real influence and thus motivate everyone to work enthusiastically as a real team, for a common goal. History tells us that there are positive and negative leaders who with their actions were decisive to obtain a resounding success or the most shocking failure within the organizations they represented. Some were pacifists, politicians, businessmen, religious, military, athletes and others.
