Analysis of Good Human Talent Practices in Ecuador Christian Avila Torres

The objective of this study is to show how are the good practices of Human Talent in Ecuador in the dimension of development, to describe it theoretically in each of its factors: identification of talent, training, career plan, performance and leadership; in order to understand its relevance in the management of a company. We used the instrument that was developed by the Organization for the Development of Human Capital (ODCH) in Spain, and that, under agreement, was defined to work through the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador for this country. The good practices in Ecuador should be improved in each of the factors of the development dimension, since it has an impact on employees, on the current situation and this improvement would allow better development of human capital.
