Historical development of Japan and Germany in the second half of the twentieth century took place in many parallel ways. Both countries had similar economic and political objectives and occupied a leading place in the world economy. This study is devoted to the coverage of the history of the development of relations between the leading countries of Asian and European regions - Japan and Germany in the second half of the twentieth century. The monograph gives priority attention to the problems of economic and political cooperation between Japan and Germany, traces the dynamics of development of relations between these countries in various areas of international activity. The research is written on the basis of the analysis of the documents of diplomatic agencies, testimonies of contemporaries and participants of the described events.
