Legalization (laundering) of property obtained from drug trafficking Niaz Yusupov

The monograph addresses the problems of criminal liability for legalization (laundering) of property derived from crimes of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues. On the basis of a comprehensive criminal law study, proposals have been formulated to improve Russian criminal legislation with regard to liability for the crimes in question.
