The first chapter begins with the meaning and significance that the category of victim has had from a historical dimension and its normative generalities, from there some subcategories emerge such as reparation, transitional justice, restorative justice, reconciliation, human rights, armed conflict, abuse of power, it will be understood what has been the evolution of the concept of victim, the notion of victim in Colombia, and what are victims of state crimes along with the processes of Latin American dictatorships. The second chapter goes into the Movice (Movement of Victims of State Crimes), its background in becoming a movement, its objectives and the process in which a victim becomes a political subject through the tools that the Movice has generated for the reconstruction of truth, justice and reparation. The chapter focuses on the position of the subject in the moment of the use of individual memory and historical memory. Finally, the movement of victims of State Crimes is analyzed from the different theories of the main authors such as Tarrow, McAdam, Tilly, and Melucci.
