Man is rhythmicized by synchronizers that come from the environment and external aspects that differentiate individuals. Variations in human behaviour can be found in chronobiology and chronopsychology. The chronopsychological approach allows a better understanding of the functioning of psychological processes through the study of the temporal constraints of human behaviour. The interest of this study is to determine whether Man is built on a rhythmicity. The relationship of chronopsychology with foreign language learning psychology, cognitive psychology, occupational psychology and health psychology. These processes participate together in cognitive construction, depending on the degree of adaptation to work and the influences of the human and material environment.
