Attention to workers' health at the organisational level has become increasingly frequent in recent years, as the health of the professional has a significant influence on their quality of life and therefore on job satisfaction and performance. In this context, many work situations can bring health risks, including work-related harm. The organization of work must know the profile of its employees and offer diagnostic actions, prevention and promotion of physical and mental health to workers. This book sought to address an area of psychology and physiotherapy, its conceptual and evaluative aspects, as well as, its main contributions to the worker's process-health understanding in a study correlated with the quality of life, organizational support and work-related harm in the Brazilian worker's health scenario.
