International Development of an Association, Groupe Anj Joseph Patrick Oyono

In summer 2007 after my holidays in Abidjan, I came back to France very disappointed and surprised by the economic and social changes in this country due to the political conflicts from 1999 to 2002. One year later, my friends and I created a de facto association on August 15, 2008; its initial activity was the organization of events of all kinds mainly for the African community living in France (theme parties, weddings, birthdays ...). On May 15, 2009, the management decided to move the project to another more charitable path, given that we have found through a study that in France, there are more than a hundred de facto and declared associations in this field. This brief was made with the aim of concretizing and improving the idea of this associative project by spreading it internationally, especially in Africa. Its analysis is mainly intended to limit certain dysfunctions that were quite frequent during the first six months of its unofficial existence. It was done to validate its declaration, increase the number of members, find new sources of support and funding.
