The elderly have a high risk of cognitive deterioration, quality of life and mood changes. Currently, there are a large number of institutions and entities that provide social responses to this target audience, but do not have structured programs/manuals tested with this audience. Therefore, this program can fill this gap, at the level of IPSS's, Continuous Care Units, National Health Service, but also of therapists and other health professionals. This program can constitute an added value for Psychology, Gerontology, Rehabilitation and Neuropsychological Evaluation, Active Aging. The advantage of this program is that they are easy to implement activities, since they are integrated in a structured manual session by session, with instructions and support material task by task, and of reduced cost (because it is a collective application, in group, by a health professional, who only needs to have the manual/book).
