Organizations in today's market are tested daily to adapt to new challenges, to the needs of consumers and to keep pace with the natural evolution of people, society, nations and the world. In this sense, organizations need new leaders with skills and abilities to influence, develop, motivate and empower people for this new model of organization. Leadership development takes primary focus as an investment for necessary organizational and behavioral changes. In this context, coaching emerges. A tool for leadership development within organizations. And the objective of this work is to evaluate the results of the coaching process in the leaderships of company X. For this, a qualitative and quantitative research was used with 27 employees, being 8 leaders and 19 led. All of them questioned about their perceptions of the coaching applied.
