Jesus told the demons to leave the men, so they entered the pigs near Gadarene, and the swine promptly ran over the edge of the cliff and drowned, saying 'My name is Legion. For we are many.' (Mk: 5. 9) Presumably, because the pigs didn't want to be demon driven, like the legions of Rome, who were then the Empire occupying Palestine. Jesus' subsequent decision to go to Jerusalem and be executed on the say so of the Jewish religious police, the Pharisees, who were collaborating with the slavers, suggests that the demons were back. Arresting the Jewish 'freedom fighter', Jesus, 'Christ', afterwards known as 'the chosen', they nailed him. A victim of bacon worship, Jesus' death upon the cross, Resurrection and Ascension to heaven, and as a celebrated castrate provoking the ball snorters' guffaws, beggared the question, 'What's going to breed the pigs up there?'
