This book intend to provide for the therapeutic management of neck pain. Neck pinched nerve is most common condition of neck region in which the structures around the neck joint compress or irritates the spinal nerves which origins from the neck region of spinal cord. At the end of 4 weeks of treatment, both group showed a significant reduction in pain and an improvement in pain and functional status, but the efficacy of neck mobilization is less when compared to neck mobilization with thoracic thrust manipulation in reducing pain and functional status in the patients of neck pinched nerve i.e. Group B patients showed more improvement post treatment when compare with group A.
