Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence Maryam Karimi

This study aims to investigate the relationship between identity styles and emotional intelligence with job satisfaction. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between identity styles, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, there is a significant relationship between identity styles and job satisfaction. Also there is a significant relationship between dimensions of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction.
