Information Technology (IT) is a source, it has value and it tends people to do things which they could not do otherwise. With the advance of this sector in Pakistan, the Media industry is also growing very fast. Advertising, production, printing, broadcasting, telecast and in web edition of news papers had a great progress too. It is because of this innovation that marvelous achievement had been made in Media advertising, production media printing, broadcasting, telecast and in web edition of news papers. It is a growing feeling amongst scholars that without the IT, the survival of Media is impossible. In this background, the study aims to address the role of IT in Mass Media Industry.
