According to the United Nations FAO, ?land use concerns the products and/or benefits obtained from use of the land as well as the land management actions (activities) carried out by humans to produce those products and benefits.?The population of the world is increasing at a geometric rate. But the land is not increasing, in fact, it is static. In this reason to make the optimum use of the existing land, it is very necessary to use the land in proper way. This using the land in proper way to extract its optimum ability is known as sustainable land-use.
