Developing a Profile to Predict Success: with Fast Forword Laurie Glazener

This work describes a four year study of 80 students who completed Fast ForWord programs at various levels. Fast ForWord products are designed to sensitize individual sensory systems to sounds of specific frequency and duration while improving language skills, memory, and reading skills related to phonics and phonemic awareness. Students who participated in this study were selected on based on Oral Reading Fluency scores, a measure distally related to the constructs developed by the programs Please keep this in mind, as you consider the use of these products.
