Dr. Syed Muhammad Amir Shah, born in 1969 in Attock. He qualified his B. Com (Hons) from Peshawar University in 1994 with distinction. He did M. Com in 1995. He joined Government job and worked in Audit and Accounts department. In year 2000 he joined as Lecturer, Department of Commerce, Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He completed his MBA (Information Technology Management) from AIOU in 2004. He has been awarded scholarship in August, 2004 for PhD in Management Sciences by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He has been awarded PhD degree in Management sciences (Finance) in June, 2010 from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad. During his PhD he presented his research work in Pakistan, USA, and Bangladesh. His research work has been has published in national and international journal. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor (Accounting and Finance) and Head of Commerce department.
