Grade 7 Learners' Perception of Their Transition to High School: Transition to High School- Excitements and Concerns As Well As Suggestions Tatenda Mawoyo

Transition to high school plays a pivotal role in learners academic career. As such it was important to explore the factors that could enhance or hinder the transition process. This study was conducted in Cape Town, South Africa with a sample of grade seven learners. This findings presented in this book will be useful for parents with children about to go to high school. The learners themselves might find useful tips on ways to better manage the transition. Lastly, the teachers might also gain insight to some of the excitements and challenges learners might have.
