The effects of globalization is very evident in our everyday life. Its impact on education is immense. Global education is a kind of education that is needed to tackle the ever increasing issues arising in schools and colleges as a result of the impact of globalization. This study investigates the perspectives of students, teachers and principals in some upper secondary schools in Finland towards global education. The particular global education activity used in this context was delivered in these schools as a project and an optional course. The study also explores what and how students learn in a global education activity. The perspectives captured here reflect the viewpoint of the school leaders and students who took part in this project within a certain period.
