Job satisfaction is one of the main factors for achieving organizational success. It is the employees that make the critical difference between success and failure of institutions. Therefore, superior organizations should utilize job satisfaction as a tool to enhance their employee's performance which will -in return- enable the organizations to achieve their goals. This study aims at exploring the most important ?factors of job satisfaction' in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Yemen. Based on those results, organizations would design plans and establish motivation systems for boosting their employees' spirits and thus enhance their job satisfaction.
