Communication is a process embedded in our everyday lives that informs the way we perceive, understand and construct our view of reality and the world. This book is an essential tool to all who are involved in communication especially teachers and students if they must achieve their goals in a learning institution. It also centers on the importance of communication to teachers (principals) and communication skills which are fundamental part of every teacher in performing his or her duties. The teacher in our schools today is also known as an administrator. An administrator has a lot of functions such as planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, organizing, controlling, directing, motivating and budgeting.
